We adhere to strict rules in this area and anyone found spamming for the Exchange will be terminated, losing all credits, downline, etc.
NO AUTORESPONDERS or SPAM BLOCKING email accounts for YOUR MEMBERSHIP EMAIL ACCOUNT, You must be able to receive ADMIN email.
It is YOUR responsibility to add admin@trafficdiscovery.biz to your
allowed email domains or your White List. Spam Blocking and the use of Autoresponders will be considered as SPAM and YOUR account will be deleted.
This site is protected by the HitsConnect Checker system.
All Site campaigns MUST pass the HitsConnect Checker before being allowed into rotation on the Traffic Discovery Biz exchange site.
Rotators allowed Must also be Passed by the HitsConnect Checker.

No hate, adult oriented, racist and or discriminatory content, themes, etc.
No harmful script or download prompts, viruses, etc. these are strictly forbidden and your account will be deleted and you will be reported.
NO Investment Autosurfs, Paid Autosurf, Investment programs or HYIP allowed, PTP sites, Ponzi schemes, Cash Gifting, Matrix and Randomizer programs. Furthermore NO Illegal programs websites allowed as stated by the FTC and our payment processor's policies.

Traffic Discovery reserves the right to terminate a member's account if no activity occurred for 12 consecutive months for the Premium member and for the FREE member 6 consecutive months. Note: your account will be in INACTIVE status if there is no activity within this time.
Any existing credits or referrals for the member will be forfeit, when the account is terminated.
Traffic Discovery member's are not allowed to artificially accumulate credits to their account through the use of any device, program, or robot. If this occurs, your account will be terminated as stated above.
Traffic Discovery, as well as its Administrators, Partners, and any sponsors, can not be held responsible for any damage or loss of information that may have occurred while using Traffic Discovery services. Members agree to use said service at their own risk.
Members are responsible for any and all aspects of reporting their own affiliate income (For tax purposes). Until the individual or Business reaches an amount of $600 or more within a year. At that time we will require a w-9 form before paying out any more commissions to the individual or business.
Members have the right to cancel their Traffic Discovery Biz exchange membership at any time excluding the aforementioned below. All existing referrals and/or credits and future earning potential through our affiliate program will be forfeited at the time of cancellation.

Deleting your account only to re-join again in an effort to change your sponsor/referrer/upline is not allowed. Asking members to delete their account and re-join under you is not allowed.
Traffic Discovery Biz exchange member's and I (Dorena Begonia) have spent a lot of time and money to get some people in their downlines (me spending it for the upgraded member's), so this is strictly prohibited.
Traffic Discovery is in no way assoicated with Paypal.com and merely uses them to process payments for such things as membership fees, paid advertising, and purchasing credits.
Furthermore, Traffic Discovery cannot be held responsible or liable for any problems, damages, or losses that may occur with regard to a member's association with Paypal and any other aspects of their Paypal account.
